Cancellation Policy
All appointments cancelled less then 24hrs before set appointment time are subject to a charge still, first time will be 50% charge, after the second time it will be 100% and will be required to pay in advanced moving forward. No show appointments will be charged 100% but you do have a 10 minute grace period when running late.
